There's no time limit: you keep it for as long as your subscription stays active, on both the monthly and the annual plan. If you cancel and come back later, the new subscription is governed by the regular price at that time. What's frozen is the price in US dollars; the amount in your currency follows the day's exchange rate.

You can still use Quironex, at each plan's regular price. What's exclusive to the first 20 to subscribe is the Founder Price, locked for as long as you stay subscribed. The annual plan with 2 months on the house, on the other hand, is always available to everyone.

You connect your Google account once from Settings and Quironex creates a dedicated calendar, “Quironex — Appointments”, where every appointment you book shows up automatically in under a minute, right beside your personal schedule. That way you see your practice and your life in a single view, and you get a backup on your phone: if the internet or the power goes down at the clinic one day, your day stays within reach on your phone.

No. Quironex runs 100% in the browser, from any device. We recommend an up-to-date Chrome, Edge or Safari. No downloads, no drivers, no licenses.

Yes. Multi-tenant with full isolation between accounts, HTTPS encryption, a database with row-level security policies, automatic daily backups and an immutable audit trail. We follow health-data protection best practices.

Of course. The subscription is month to month (or annual with a discount). You can cancel from the app anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.

We give you 30 days to take your information with you: the patient list exports to CSV, and reports and images with their measurements download from each patient's record. After that, it's permanently deleted from our servers.

Founders pay the Founder Price from day one, with no upfront trial period. We accept each country's usual methods: credit/debit cards and local platforms (such as Mercado Pago in the region).

You write from inside the app, in Help and support, and you get an email confirming we received it and when we will reply. We're available Monday to Thursday 13:00–19:00, and Friday 13:00–17:00 (Argentina time). The first reply arrives within 4 business hours on the Pro plan, and within 24 to 48 business hours on Basic. If you write outside those hours, the clock starts when we open.

Yes, the Basic Plan is designed for independent professionals. The Pro Plan adds posture analysis, DICOM support, Dual Compare mode and your clinic's statistics. The Clinic Plan adds multi-professional and roles.

Yes. Quironex is available in Spanish, English and Portuguese, with multi-country support, adapted tax formats and billing in your local currency.
