Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing, or using Quironex (the "Service"), you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Quironex provides tools to manage patients, appointments, treatment plans, measurements on radiographic studies, and postural analysis, among other features.

The Service is a professional support and practice-organization tool. It is NOT a medical device, it does not make diagnoses, and it does not replace the clinical judgment or assessment of the professional.

The measurements, calculations, postural analyses, and results the Service displays depend on the data entered by the professional (for example, calibration and point placement) and carry an inherent variability and margin of error. The professional must review and validate every result before using it and is solely responsible for interpretation and for diagnostic and therapeutic decisions about their patients. Quironex is not responsible for clinical decisions made based on the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You represent and warrant that you are a duly licensed professional (or staff authorized by one) to practice and to process health data under applicable law, and that you comply with the legal, ethical, and regulatory obligations of your profession. Using the Service does not exempt you from any of those obligations.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. With respect to your patients data, you act as the data controller and Quironex processes it on your behalf and under your instructions, applying reasonable security measures.

You are responsible for having the legal bases and consents required to upload and process your patients data in the Service, including health data, which are sensitive data.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis, in monthly or annual plans, at the prices published on quironex.com. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, until you cancel.

Payments are processed by third-party providers: for international customers, Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle) acts as the Merchant of Record; for customers in Argentina, through Mercado Pago. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your jurisdiction.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by writing to soporte@quironex.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, not to upload content you have no right to process, not to attempt to breach security or the isolation between organizations, and not to resell or sublicense the Service without authorization.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quironex and its owners from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) the processing of your patients or third parties data; (c) your breach of these Terms or of applicable law; or (d) your clinical decisions. This obligation survives the termination of your account.

The Service, its software, brand, and content are owned by Quironex or its licensors. The data you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of providing the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account for a breach of these Terms, non-payment, or use that endangers security or third parties. You may close your account at any time. After termination, you will have a reasonable period to export your data before it is deleted, unless we are legally required to retain it. You may request help exporting your data by writing to soporte@quironex.com.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make reasonable efforts to keep it operational and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quironex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

By checking the acceptance box, clicking "I accept," or continuing with the purchase or use of the Service, you give your electronic consent to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, with the same effect as a signature. We recommend keeping a copy.

We may update these Terms and prices. We will notify you of material changes by reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any clause is held invalid, the rest remains in force (severability). These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quironex. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent; Quironex may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the business. We are not liable for failures arising from causes beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Notices are given through the stated contact channels.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina, without prejudice to any applicable mandatory consumer protection rules.
