Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions and renewal

Quironex is offered on a monthly or annual subscription. Each subscription renews automatically at the end of the period at the then-current price, until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, from within the app or by writing to soporte@quironex.com. When you cancel:

  • No further charges will be made.
  • You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • There are no cancellation penalties.

3. 7-day guarantee

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first purchase. After those 7 days, subscriptions already paid are non-refundable for the current or elapsed periods, except:

  • where required by applicable law (for example, consumer rights);
  • in cases of duplicate charge, billing error, or Service failure attributable to Quironex; or
  • refunds granted at our discretion as a goodwill gesture.

4. How refunds are processed

For international purchases processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle, Merchant of Record), refunds are handled through Paddle in accordance with its Buyer Terms. For purchases in Argentina, through Mercado Pago. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.

5. How to request a refund

Write to soporte@quironex.com from your account email, stating the reason and your payment receipt. We will respond within a reasonable time.
